When do you receive this certificate?
First, you have to book us for your wedding photography. After you have paid in full, whenever that is, we will give you the certificate. It takes time to redeem the certificate, and to make the booking for your travel. Normally it is 10 days for the former and 2 months for the latter. So, allow yourself time for that.
Our customers usually pay us cash or check. But if you are more inclined to use a credit card, that's fine too!
Here's how it works:
After you have received the certificate, the next step is to redeem it. All the instructions you need are on the back of the certificate. When you start your "account", you are given a purchase credit up to $1000 retail value of the merchandise and services. You don't have to shop all at once. You shop whenever you like until you exhaust your credit. You only pay the "Processing and Delivery" for the item(s) you buy. This is what is known elsewhere as shipping and handling. You can shop online, or from a catalog.
We have looked at both. Online seems to be better in that it is current. Catalogs are printed some time ago. And they cannot be updated until the next printing.
